This is a full-time, on-site Reception Supervisor role located in Renfrew. The Reception Supervisor will oversee front desk operations, manage and support reception staff, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. As Reception Supervisor, you will lead the front-of-house team, ensuring every guest receives a friendly, efficient, and memorable experience from arrival to departure. You will oversee daily reception operations, support team development, and help maintain the highest standards of customer service and safety.

  • Supervise the daily operation of the reception and admissions area.
  • Lead, motivate, and support reception team members.
  • Manage guest check-ins, bookings, enquiries, and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure cash handling and payment procedures are followed accurately.
  • Coordinate with management and operational teams to ensure smooth park operations.
  • Train and mentor new team members.
