As a member of Worley’s global Compliance team, you will promote, oversee and implement Worley’s compliance program focusing primarily on Anti-bribery and anti-corruption framework to ensure compliance with applicable laws, Worley’s Values and the Code of Conduct.
You will be:
- Overseeing the design and implementation of the global ABAC program including gifts, AML, Fraud, conflicts of interests, agents.
- Ensuring that the ABAC program, including policy and objectives, is established, implemented, maintained and reviewed to adequately address Worley’s risks.
- Ensuring the integration of the ABAC program requirements into Worley’s processes.
- Communicating internally the importance of effective ABAC program.
- Ensuring that the ABAC program is appropriately designed to achieve its objectives.
- Promoting an appropriate anti-bribery culture within the organization.
- Providing input to the company’s strategy with respect to anti-bribery and anti-corruption.
- Opining on due diligence risk mitigation plans based on the ABC risks.
- Reviewing and opining on bribery and corruption laws.
- Conducting and managing global and project level risk assessments from an ABAC perspective.
- Reporting on the performance of the anti-bribery management system to the CCO.
You will have:
- A legal background with extensive work in Ethics & Compliance field across multiple geographies.
- A strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and standards of multiple jurisdictions, including Anti Bribery & Corruption laws, fraud regulations, anti-money laundering provisions.
- Effective application of legal knowledge and compliance experience to manage complex problems.
- A strong experience in carrying out global and project risk assessments.
- The ability to apply theoretical concepts in practical situations.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate clearly at all levels, set priorities, establish objectives and milestones, estimate timelines and schedule activities, identify, and allocate resources effectively.
- A strong sense of responsibility and ownership and ability to manage global time zones.
- A self-motivated and solution-oriented attitude with excellent mentoring, collaboration, and team building skills.
- An understanding of and adherence to Worley’s Code of Conduct and values.
