We are recruiting a Welder with TIG, Stick & MIG experience for our Maintenance Team on a fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in SMAW, GMAW, LCAW & GTAW welding processes, equipment, and procedures. Internal coding will be provided at onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute welding activities safely and effectively, adhering to project specifications and procedures.
- Lead by example in safety practices and communicate effectively with team members.
- Support line managers and interface with project trades and disciplines.
- Understand and implement company and project policies, ensuring high-quality work.
- Follow schedules, work instructions, and drawings accurately.
- Support other disciplines, provide feedback, and seek additional tasks.
- Sign permits and conduct risk assessments to ensure safety.
- Essential: NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Welder/Fabrication or equivalent, CCNSG Safety Passport
- Desirable: Effective communication, safety commitment, flexibility, teamwork, initiative, and experience in development works and pressure testing.
