We are seeking a motivated and capable Technical Advisor to join our Transport & Infrastructure Advisory Practice, within the Land Transport & Logistics Service Line. Reporting to the Practice Lead, the Technical Advisor will support the delivery of transport and infrastructure advisory assignments across the EMEA region, contributing to technical analyses, project execution, and due diligence activities under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of Technical and/or Traffic & Revenue (T&R) due diligence assignments on behalf of lenders and investors, including the commercial and technical review of key project and contract documentation and the identification of material risks and mitigations.
  • Review and assess the adequacy of CapEx and OpEx forecasts, including benchmarking and reasonableness checks against comparable assets and projects.
  • Support desktop reviews and, where required, site visits/inspections, consolidating findings on asset condition, performance, and key delivery risks.
  • Maintain and contribute to risk registers and issues logs and help translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Draft client-ready reports, presentations, and executive summaries tailored to lender/investor decision‑making.
  • Coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams and subject matter experts (e.g., ESG/environment, ports & maritime, power interfaces) to deliver integrated advisory outputs.
  • Contribute to proposal and bid development by preparing technical inputs (scope, methodology, assumptions, work plans, and clarifications) under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks and support effective client relationships through responsive, high‑quality delivery.

Please note that this is not a design role. The position is focused on consulting/advisory activities (due diligence, technical review, risk assessment, and reporting), as outlined above.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a consulting environment, working collaboratively with senior advisors and multidisciplinary teams.
