Senior Compliance Manager ( Speak Up Program )
Role Context: As a member of Worley’s global Compliance team to promote, oversee and implement Worley’s speak up program focusing primarily on managing the hotline and employee relations investigations.
You\’ll Be
Hotline Management
- Running the Worley hotline and promoting it globally.
- Responsible for the administration of Worley’s case management system including timely triage of cases to investigators as well as managing investigation process as a case manager including scheduling and managing report reviews and approvals, close out meetings and engagement with complainants.
- Engaging with business stakeholders in relation to actions to be taken as an outcome of an investigation, facilitate discussions, get agreement and follow up.
- Preparing sanitized case reviews, ensuring and monitoring that remedial actions are being completed.

- Producing monthly case management reports
- Provide monthly case related statistics as required for other stakeholders
- Prepare presentations as required on cases and assist with the preparation of board reports.
- Assist with the preparation of board reports.
- Monitor and answer queries that come on the mailboxes. Lodge reports on behalf of reporters on the Ethics Helpline.
Record Keeping
- Maintain and ensure all cases are accurate and up to date in case management system.
Exclusions
- Supervising and managing investigations related to Legal & Compliance; security or breach of law; or financial matters are excluded from this scope.
You\’ll Have
- Extensive experience in handling complex investigations in employee/ industrial relations matters across multiple geographies.
- Quantitative experience of handling global hotline along with case management across multiple jurisdictions.
- Effective application of knowledge and compliance experience to manage complex problems.
- Ability to apply theoretical concepts in practical situations.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly at all levels, set priorities, establish objectives and milestones, estimate timelines and schedule activities, identify, and allocate resources, effectively.
- Ability to independently manage day to day challenges arising with respect to work deliverables, timelines, and relevant stakeholders.
- Should have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership and ability to manage global time zones.
- Self-motivated and solution oriented with excellent mentoring, collaboration, and team building skills.
- Strong understanding of and adherence with Worley’s Code of Conduct and values.
