Job Title: Plater Project: CNOOC Location: Buzzard Duration: 2 trips (2/2 rotation) Start Date: 30/05/25 Worley is currently recruiting for a Plater for a fixed-term contract. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our offshore team on Buzzard. Key Aims And Objectives Deliver high-quality, consistent plating construction services in accordance with project and company standards and procedures. Support overall delivery of company goals and schedule. Ensure all work is completed safely, with no detrimental impact to personnel, fabric, or environment. Perform all discipline tasks safely, consistently, and according to project requirements, procedures, and specifications. Role Requirements Read, understand, and implement all applicable company/project policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring safe and high-standard plating/structural work. Complete all work scopes according to workpack/job card instructions, procedures, and drawings. Support other trades/disciplines as needed or work as part of an integrated multi-discipline team. Raise applicable Permit to Work (PTW) to complete work scope safely and controlled. Undertake appropriate Risk Assessments (RA) to complete work safely and effectively. Qualifications & Certification 4-year Apprenticeship in Plating / Steel Fabrication / Structural Steel / Welding or NVQ Equivalent BOSIET/EBS ECITB Technical Tests - TPLO8 & TPFO8 MIST Approved Offshore Medical Preferred Experience Effective communication with team members Commitment to safety Flexibility to meet company and client requirements Ability to work with diverse teams and independently Desire to learn and develop Note: Certain benefits may not apply to employees outside the UK.
