Worley is currently recruiting for a Plating Supervisor to join the Maintenance Team. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our onshore team at Tronox.
Key Aims And Objectives
- To ensure the core values of Worley Field Services and our clients are always met and adhered to.
- Assist in ensuring all project/company SHEQ goals are achieved and exceeded where possible.
- Establish effective liaison with client/sub-contractor/vendor representatives.
- Deliver a high standard of trade service to the project, ensuring a consistent and efficient approach is always implemented.
Primary Duties
- Prime responsibilities will include working safely in accordance with site and company rules at all times.
- Carry out all work in accordance with vocational training and associated Risk Assessment and Method Statements.
- Report all near misses, dangerous occurrences, safety observations and inappropriate behaviour of others to line management.
- Actively participate in all company and client/project safety initiatives.
- Continuously review/refer to work packs/drawings to ensure work scopes are being executed as planned.
- Escalate any anomalies to line manager/supervisor.
Essential Qualifications & Certification:
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Fabrication/Welding (or equivalent)
- Supervisory Experience
- CCNSG Safety Passport
- Current LATS or Supervisor qualification
