We’re looking for a Front of House Receptionist / Facilities Support to join our Sydney team.
As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and staff, you will deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience while supporting the day-to-day coordination of workplace services. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth office operations, strong customer experience, and effective facilities support.

What you’ll do
- Provide a professional, welcoming front-of-house experience for visitors, clients and staff
- Manage visitor sign-in processes, security access passes and building procedures
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for client use
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, routing enquiries accurately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Maintain presentation of reception, meeting rooms and shared spaces
- Support desk bookings and assist with workplace coordination during peak periods
- Assist with travel, expenses and internal event coordination
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with facilities teams for replenishment
- Act as a key contact for maintenance, IT issues and property-related matters
- Support emergency procedures and safety initiatives when required
What you’ll have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Previous experience in reception, office coordination or facilities support
- Strong customer service focus with a professional and approachable manner
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering a high standard of service
