This role exists to drive strategic alignment, cultural transformation, and organizational excellence for delivering our Projects. It plays a critical part in cultivating commitment to change—especially when bold shifts are needed to realize Worley’s vision. By setting clear goals and ensuring synergy between people, processes, and tools, the role enables flawless execution of Projects. It also focuses on building a competitively superior organization by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent—ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time to meet evolving business needs. This full-time regional role supports the EMEA region and offers flexibility to be based anywhere within the region. The candidate will be a leader with at least twenty years of EPC – full project delivery experience. She/He must possess a robust background in capital project procurement, subcontracts, logistics, expediting, supplier inspection, and materials management.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Advocacy: Foster a participative management style with a cooperative team approach, promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment that supports Worley’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. Assimilate information from multiple sources to derive answers and solve questions, leveraging deep expertise and past experiences to support Worley’s promise of being a straightforward partner in sustainable transformation. Direct the development of all regional supply chain activities, both strategic and operational. Ownership of the full regional end-to-end supply chain. Evaluate risk and create supply chain risk mitigation strategies. Aggregate regional demand and proactively collaborate with the global team to maximize sourcing economies of scale. Ensure vendor and subcontractor performance meets contractual requirements by managing supplier relationships.
- Global Alignment and Consistency: Plan and execute successful workshare scopes through the Worley Global Integrated Delivery (GID) locations. Ensure regional operations align with global supply chain strategies.
- Business and Project Performance: Deliver measurable supply chain performance metrics to the business. Provide subject matter expertise to support supply chain contractual disputes. Monitor and manage annual goals and objectives related to cost, quality, schedule, competitiveness, safety, and compliance.
- One-networked team: Ensure Worley standards for processes, tools, and systems are correctly utilized.
- Decision Making: Self-starter with analytical skills, able to identify problems and opportunities, assess viable solutions, develop and execute complex projects and action plans.
- Supervision Received: Proactively define and drive regional supply chain initiatives aligned with global supply chain business objectives, while supporting the regional project delivery operations.
- Supervision Authority: Accountable for shaping and executing supply chain strategy, embedding best-in-class processes, and ensuring delivery certainty across complex, geographically dispersed teams.

What You Will Bring
Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- Job Specific Knowledge/Experience: Relevant years of experience of capital projects supply chain experience in an EPC, full project delivery environment.
- Systems, Processes & Tools: Ensuring that Worley standards for processes, tools, and systems are correctly utilized.
- Specific Requirements: Sound knowledge of capital project management, commercial and bidding strategies, material management, international operations, risk management, closeout, and supplier performance reviews. Strong financial analysis. Ability to work with other cultures, disciplines, management, contractors, and suppliers in a functional support and team role. In-depth knowledge of contractors and suppliers that support the EPC project delivery industry. Strong personal work ethic and standards, assuming responsibility and accepting accountability for successful attainment of goals and objectives. Experience in supply chain planning and execution to support self-perform fabrication and construction. Experience in developing procurement plans and contracting strategies for large, complex projects. Effective interpersonal and communications skills, ability to lead multi-discipline teams across diverse geographies. Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire and motivate large regional supply chain teams to drive best practices.

Requirements
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university is preferred. Preference may be given to candidates with advanced degrees.
