In this role you lead the Project Services function across Worley UK to ensure consistent project performance and governance.

Responsibilities
- Lead and govern the Project Services function across the UK to ensure predictable project performance
- Engage with regional projects, strategy, pursuits and proposals
- Drive change management and rollout of standard tools and systems
- Support project reporting, analytics and planning
- Participate in talent selection and development, promote diversity and succession planning
- Mentor senior and high-potential team members
- Oversee risk management and improvement plans for the function
- Ensure governance, process excellence and effective workshare/global delivery utilization
