Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Search & Recruitment Delivery
    • Lead retained and contingent search assignments from brief to placement.
    • Develop and execute targeted search strategies across global markets.
    • Identify, engage, and assess passive candidates for senior and specialist positions.
    • Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists within agreed timelines.
    • Manage candidate processes through interview, offer, negotiation, and onboarding stages.
    • Build long-term relationships with industry professionals and market leaders.
  • Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence
    • Conduct comprehensive market mapping exercises.
    • Identify talent pools, competitor structures, and hiring trends.
    • Produce talent intelligence reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Provide salary benchmarking and market insight across key sectors.
    • Support business development activities with market research and candidate intelligence.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Partner with clients to understand hiring challenges and workforce needs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
    • Deliver consultative guidance on talent acquisition strategy and market conditions.
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, directors, and C-suite stakeholders.
