We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a growing Talent Acquisition team, based in London, with a strong focus on EMEA recruitment. This is a hands-on recruitment role focused on attracting, engaging, and hiring talented professionals across data centre development, construction, engineering, and corporate functions. The role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who enjoys direct sourcing, stakeholder management, and building strong talent pipelines across competitive international markets.

About the company

Our client is a growing organisation operating across data centre development, construction, engineering, and corporate functions. The business is expanding across EMEA and requires strong recruitment capability to support continued growth across technical, project-based, and corporate teams.

What will you do?

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA, from role briefing and sourcing to interviews, feedback, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment priorities, provide market insight, and support strong hiring decisions.
  • Proactively source, assess, and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across technical, project delivery, construction, engineering, and corporate functions.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, support employer branding initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvements in the recruitment process.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience and support diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
  • Support recruitment activity from London while working closely with stakeholders across the EMEA region.

Requirements

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search, with strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and collaborative approach to recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting across EMEA is considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate development, data centres, or technical/project-based roles is considered an advantage.
