The Role
As a Client Services Associate, you will play a key role in supporting client-facing teams and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with internal teams and external banking partners on operational and administrative matters
- Supporting Investment Counsellors with client requests and day-to-day operational activities
- Partnering with Sales teams to manage client onboarding and ongoing service processes
- Preparing reports and portfolio summaries for prospective clients
- Developing expertise in core operational and regulatory processes
- Participating in structured training and ongoing mentorship to support your professional development
Candidate Profile
- University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Native or fluent Dutch and strong English skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills with a strong client-service mindset
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and process-driven environment
