🧭 What You’ll Do:

• Identify, approach, and pitch partnership opportunities to commercial property owners
• Lead the full sales cycle: from initial outreach to negotiation and signed agreements
• Present the value of converting spaces into flexible work environments
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to shape proposals and pricing
• Manage a pipeline of high-value leads and ensure timely follow-ups
• Tailor your approach to match the needs and commercial goals of each potential partner
• Close 10+ commercial partnerships per year

• Proven experience in business development, commercial real estate, or B2B sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, structured, and able to manage multiple opportunities
• Confidence in presenting to a range of decision-makers
• Fluent in English
• Proven ability to manage and close complex, high-value deals
