Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant (TA3) looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming Salford primary school? Cover People are working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school in Salford who are seeking a dedicated TA3 with a recognised Early Years qualification to join their EYFS team from September 2026.

The Role

  • Supporting teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom
  • Delivering interventions and small-group activities
  • Assisting with phonics, early language development and numeracy
  • Supporting children with a range of needs and abilities
  • Creating a positive, engaging and nurturing learning environment
  • Working closely with class teachers and the wider EYFS team

Essential Requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
  • Confident supporting children's learning through play
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude
