Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant (TA3) looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming Salford primary school? Cover People are working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school in Salford who are seeking a dedicated TA3 with a recognised Early Years qualification to join their EYFS team from September 2026.
The Role
- Supporting teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom
- Delivering interventions and small-group activities
- Assisting with phonics, early language development and numeracy
- Supporting children with a range of needs and abilities
- Creating a positive, engaging and nurturing learning environment
- Working closely with class teachers and the wider EYFS team
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Confident supporting children's learning through play
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, proactive attitude
