Primary Cover Supervisor - Salford
Are you confident leading a primary classroom and passionate about helping children learn?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Primary Cover Supervisor to work across a welcoming primary school in Salford. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged while their usual teacher is absent.
The role:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Supporting pupils with their learning
- Creating a positive and productive classroom environment
- Working closely with teachers and support staff
- Gaining valuable experience across different year groups
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with primary-aged children
- Confidence managing a classroom independently
- Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
- A flexible, reliable and positive approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children's education
This position would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant, HLTA, Cover Supervisor or aspiring teacher looking to develop their classroom experience.
