Your role
- Deliver planned lessons and provide classroom cover.
- Lead small-group interventions and individual support.
- Support pupils with different learning needs, including SEND.
- Build positive relationships and promote good behaviour.
- Work with teachers to support pupil progress.
What you'll bring
- HLTA status, a relevant qualification or substantial experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a primary school.
- Confidence leading whole-class learning.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- A proactive, flexible and caring approach.
