We are looking for people with:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with additional needs
- A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent behaviour-management skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- Experience supporting ASD, ADHD, SEMH or other additional needs is advantageous
Relevant qualifications are welcomed, although experience within education, care, youth work or support settings can also be highly valuable.
