We are looking for a commercially minded B2B lead generation specialist to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find, research and qualify potential customers for our helium balloon cylinders and CO₂ soda cylinders.
This role is not basic list-building. We need someone who can identify real B2B prospects, assess their commercial value, find the correct decision-makers and prepare useful lead information for our sales team.
Our target customers include:
- Balloon wholesalers
- Party product distributors
- Event supply companies
- Helium distributors
- Industrial gas distributors
- CO₂ and soda cylinder distributors
- Beverage equipment distributors
- Sparkling water / soda businesses
- Ecommerce retailers
- Large retailers
- Importers and wholesale buyers
You will be responsible for:
- Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find relevant B2B companies
- Identifying the correct decision-makers inside each company
- Preparing a short company profile for each qualified prospect
- Assessing whether each prospect is high, medium or low value
- Explaining why each company is relevant
- Recording clean and accurate lead information in a spreadsheet or CRM
- Supporting the sales team with properly researched B2B leads
Each qualified lead must include:
- Company name
- Website
- Country
- Company LinkedIn page
- Company type
- Relevant product: helium balloon cylinders, CO₂ soda cylinders, or both
- Short company profile
- Prospect-value assessment: high / medium / low
- Reason for the value assessment
- Decision-maker name
- Decision-maker job title
- Decision-maker LinkedIn profile
- Suggested next action
You must be able to work to a target of:
4 properly qualified B2B leads per hour
This means each lead must be researched properly and include the required company profile, decision-maker details and prospect-value assessment.
We do not want generic contact lists, irrelevant companies or copied LinkedIn names with no commercial explanation.
Quality matters, but the role is also delivery-based and performance will be measured.

The rate will be assessed based on quality, delivery speed and ability to meet the required KPI of 4 properly qualified leads per hour.

Experience in wholesale, retail, industrial gases, party supplies, balloons, beverage equipment, ecommerce, import/export or distributor sales would be useful.
