Our line leaders manage a small team to ensure we meet the production plans and customer orders on a daily basis. Responsibilities include: To instruct and manage allocated staff (WFL staff and agency), co-ordinating daily staffing requirements in line with production plans, and ensuring staff are trained on Company processes and how to pack product correctly. To monitor their progress throughout each run. To ensure each allocated production line is run efficiently, with minimal downtime/waste and in a safe manner, whilst complying with customer specifications and Company policy and procedures.
