Are you experienced in handling freight and cargo operations? Are you known for your reliability, hard work and commitment to teamwork and integrity? As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in our Air Cargo Warehouse, where you will be responsible for efficiently moving loads and freight while adhering to strict security and safety regulations. Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:

  • Load and off-load freight from and onto vehicles with precision and efficiency.
  • Place and retrieve freight in and from designated storage areas, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Build cargo onto aircraft units according to airline specifications, prioritising safety and adherence to guidelines.
  • Complete documentation accurately to record details and movement of freight, mail, and equipment, maintaining meticulous records.
  • Conduct necessary checks on imports and exports to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements, including security and regulatory protocols.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal communication to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and external stakeholders.
  • Valid driver’s license, demonstrating the ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Forklift experience is preferred, as it will be advantageous for handling cargo efficiently.
  • Proficiency in manual handling of heavy goods, showcasing physical strength and capability to lift and move items as required.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, as our business operates 24/7 to meet customer demands and deadlines.
