Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Continuous Improvement Specialist, based in Hounslow. The Continuous Improvement Specialist will work to identify and execute process improvement projects, analyze operational workflows, and implement strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, training staff on new procedures, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving sustainable change.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing operations and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement methodologies
  • Experience in driving Operational Excellence initiatives and managing change effectively
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective Training programs for staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams
  • Knowledge of lean management or Six Sigma is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Proven track record in implementing successful continuous improvement initiatives
