Worldwide Education, the UK’s leading supply agency for education, is seeking experienced Teaching Assistant and Learning Support Assistant to undertake temporary supply cover in vibrant and energetic school settings in Luton (LU8) and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will work alongside dynamic and supportive school teams in various settings, and commit to delivering the highest possible level of fun and interactive learning in a safety‑oriented environment.

Salary

Competitive daily rates depending on qualifications and experience, ranging from £89-£95 per day.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in classroom and learning support activities.
• Facilitate engaging and interactive lessons.
• Support students with learning difficulties and special educational needs.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Contribute to classroom management and assessment tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Passionate about working with children.
• Full and relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or equivalent); some roles may not require a qualification.
• Experience working in the educational sector.
• Enhanced DBS check – either held or willing to undergo.
• Enthusiastic and fun approach to learning.
