About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of one of our nursery rooms. You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive and develop through play and learning.
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of practitioners within your room
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS standards are met
- Maintain accurate records and support children's learning and development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Work with management team to ensure high standards are met within setting.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
- Room Leader or senior nursery experience (preferred)
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Reliable, hard-working, and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
