Payment for the Baby Area Nursery Practitioner Role:
Our client is offering a very competitive salary starting range for wages is £13.68- £16.15 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities for the Nursery Practitioner Role:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create and implement engaging learning activities that promote children's development across all areas.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to support their individual learning journeys.
- Manage daily routines, ensuring a safe, clean, and organised environment for all children.
