We are excited to offer this full-time permanent position, as an Education Recruitment Consultant within the Bournemouth / Poole area, (BH14). Please note the office opens at 7:00 am, please apply only if you're happy to start at 7:00 am. The role is currently fully remote (working from home). However, from 2027, the position will transition to four days per week office-based, with one day working from home. We are seeking to recruit a motivated, passionate, and dynamic individual with an eagerness and motivation to learn, develop and progress in a rewarding field. Pay The pay Salary for the Education Recruitment Consultant position ranges from £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Main purpose of the role as an Education Recruitment Consultant The role of an Education Recruitment Consultant will focus on attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions within Schools and Nurseries. You will work closely with clients, building relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. An Education Recruitment Consultant provides a vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding and diverse and involves: using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from clients. visiting clients to build and develop relationships. developing a good understanding of the client's recruitment needs using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates. headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work. using different job boards to search for suitable CVs to match the right person to the client's vacancy.
