This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving nursery that provides outstanding care and education for children aged 0-4 years. You will be supported by an experienced management team and a hands-on owner who will give you the autonomy to lead the nursery, inspire your team, and shape the future of the setting.

The Nursery Manager Role
- Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate nursery team.

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery.
- Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and early years education.

Nursery Manager Essential Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum).
- Strong experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Previous leadership or management experience within a nursery.
- Excellent safeguarding knowledge.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Experience of an Ofsted inspection, either as a Nursery Manager or as part of a leadership team, would be advantageous.
