The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's development, learning, and wellbeing while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Supporting children's learning through play-based and structured activities.
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that encourage development across all areas of learning.
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress.
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
- Supporting daily routines, meal times, outdoor play, and personal care.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Ensuring nursery policies, procedures, safeguarding, and health and safety requirements are followed at all times.
- Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated nursery team.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Have previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Be passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
- Have a positive, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proactive, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
