The Role
- As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's development, learning, and wellbeing while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Supporting children's learning through play-based and structured activities.
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that encourage development across all areas of learning.
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress.
- Supporting daily routines, meal times, outdoor play, and personal care.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Ensuring nursery policies, procedures, safeguarding, and health and safety requirements are followed at all times.

Requirements
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Have previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
