What You Will Do

The Site Identification and Relationship manager will primarily support post-award Site Identification activities, including development of site identification strategies, feasibility questionnaire management, CDA and outreach coordination, site recommendation activities, training of assigned resources, and oversight of Site Activation Specialist support resources.

  • Experience leading client discussions and escalations

  • Ability to be patient with colleagues and peers
  • Ability to work efficiently within a fast pace environment with short timelines with oversight
  • Ability to function as part of and support/lead remote teams
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Foundational knowledge of Site Identification
  • Ability to travel for business needs

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of transferable experience in industry, health care, or data-driven feasibility
  • Background in medicine, science, or other relevant discipline across a broad range of therapeutic areas, preferably with substantial international experience in clinical drug development
  • Knowledge of the principles of Good Clinical Practice
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years experience
  • Must have competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
