The Senior Recruiter serves as a trusted talent acquisition partner, leading recruitment strategies that support organizational growth and workforce planning objectives. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, enhancing sourcing effectiveness, and ensuring the delivery of a seamless, high-quality candidate experience that strengthens the company’s employer brand.

What you will do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting channels
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Support offer development, background checks, and onboarding activities
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors
  • Analyze recruiting data and support process improvement initiatives
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

What you will bring to the role:

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Good ‘selling’ qualities (ability to represent WCT as a first class potential employer and to enhance the public image of WCT as an employer)
  • Ability to drive the recruitment process (assertiveness when required with hiring managers)

Your experience:

  • Experience supporting recruitment within Clinical Operations or the clinical research industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of related recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Demonstrated core competencies required for the role including communication, organization, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior recruitment experience within a corporate or agency environment is considered an advantage
  • Experience working within Workday ATS, a plus
