What Project Management does at Worldwide

Our Project Management team collaborates seamlessly with scientific and therapeutic leaders, engaging in all trial aspects—bridging project teams and providing innovative solutions. As a team member, you\’ll be dedicated to a specific therapeutic area, cultivating profound global operational proficiency while gaining insights from our scientific and medical experts.

What you will do

  1. Oversight and accountability for the successful conduct of assigned projects
  2. Line management responsibility for recruitment, training, development, and performance review of personnel
  3. In cooperation with business and senior management, responsible for strategy and acquisition of new business
  4. Developing and maintaining effective client relationships
  5. Alliance Partnership responsibility
  6. Sub-TA Head responsibility

What you will bring to the role

  • Excellent leadership skills, able to delegate effectively and prioritize workload
  • Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proven financial analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong marketing and negotiation skills
  • Experience in creating and implementing new processes

Your experience

  • 12+ years of global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience, including 8 years in clinical project management and staff management
  • University/college degree (life science preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing global drug development programs
  • Experience working with Psychedelics and/or Dementia studies is required
  • Availability for domestic and international travel, including overnight stays
