What Project Management does at Worldwide
Our Project Management team collaborates seamlessly with scientific and therapeutic leaders, engaging in all trial aspects—bridging project teams and providing innovative solutions. As a team member, you\’ll be dedicated to a specific therapeutic area, cultivating profound global operational proficiency while gaining insights from our scientific and medical experts.
What you will do
- Oversight and accountability for the successful conduct of assigned projects
- Line management responsibility for recruitment, training, development, and performance review of personnel
- In cooperation with business and senior management, responsible for strategy and acquisition of new business
- Developing and maintaining effective client relationships
- Alliance Partnership responsibility
- Sub-TA Head responsibility
What you will bring to the role
- Excellent leadership skills, able to delegate effectively and prioritize workload
- Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven financial analytical skills

Your experience
- 12+ years of global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience, including 8 years in clinical project management and staff management
- University/college degree (life science preferred) or equivalent experience
- Experience managing global drug development programs
- Experience working with Psychedelics and/or Dementia studies is required
- Availability for domestic and international travel, including overnight stays
