Position Overview
The Senior Recruiter serves as a trusted talent acquisition partner, leading recruitment strategies that support organizational growth and workforce planning objectives. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, enhances sourcing effectiveness, and ensures a seamless, high-quality candidate experience that strengthens the company's employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates using various recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support offer development, background checks, and onboarding activities.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors.
- Analyze recruiting data and support process improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of confidentiality.
- Strong selling and representing WCT as a first-class employer.
- Assertiveness in driving recruitment process with hiring managers.
- Experience supporting recruitment within Clinical Operations or the clinical research industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of related recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Demonstrated core competencies: communication, organization, relationship management, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous recruitment experience within a corporate or agency environment considered an advantage.
- Experience working within Workday ATS is a plus.
