What the Data Management department does at Worldwide
Our Data Management team is an ever-growing and collaborative group of diverse individuals with wide-ranging experience within the industry. From start to finish, we are involved in clinical studies – from crafting the study database to ensuring the pristine delivery of the final dataset. We meticulously ensure data accuracy and integrity, crucial for groundbreaking regulatory submissions. With a variety of roles, from data support staff, database and SAS programmers, coders, and functional leads, there are many opportunities to launch and further your career. What you will do

Coordinate task allocation, timelines, and progress reporting with internal teams and stakeholders.

Review and validate specifications for clinical data entry and edit checks.

Develop and run SAS programs for data validation, listings, and reconciliation.

Configure and test internal and third-party clinical databases and eDC systems.

Manage data uploads and resolve errors using database tools and scripts.

Collaborate with vendors and sponsors on software updates and data transfers.

Support audits, SOP documentation, and quality assurance activities in data management.
What you will bring to the role

Coordinate timelines, tasks, and progress reporting across teams and stakeholders.

Develop and run SAS programs for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.

Configure, test, and manage clinical databases and electronic data capture systems.
