At WorldSkills UK, we’re passionate about unlocking potential. As a National Programme Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our national skills competitions – helping drive up standards in technical education and empowering young people from all backgrounds to succeed.

We\’re looking for a highly organised, proactive individual with strong project coordination skills and a passion for making a difference. You\’ll work across multiple programmes, coordinate with partners, manage logistics, and contribute to the delivery of events that inspire excellence and celebrate skill.

Location: Hybrid / London (EC1M) – minimum 1–2 days per week in the office.

Salary: £28,000 per annum + excellent benefits Contract type: Permanent, full time (35 hours per week).
