WorldQuant is seeking a Lead Engineer to lead our firmwide reference data and security master products. This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving innovation, scalability, and excellence in our reference data solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable reference data and SecMaster solutions that align with business requirements and strategic goals.
- Architectural Oversight: Collaborate with and lead our engineering team to define and implement a robust platform architecture that supports the firm’s growth and scalability objectives.
- Customer‑Centric Approach: Lead all business initiatives and provide global support to internal customers for all reference data offerings, ensuring exceptional service and alignment with their needs.
- Agile Processes: Drive and participate in Agile frameworks, continuously improving and expanding platform capabilities to adapt to dynamic business requirements.
What You’ll Bring
