About The Team

Our Enterprise Product team is an international team of Dynamic, Inquisitive and Proactive Product people, experts in Global Acquiring and Omni-channel solutions. We are based in several offices across the world.

You’ll Own

As a Senior Product Manager for Card Acceptance you will be one of our experts in international and domestic schemes, driving the creation and maintenance of products used by many of the largest eCommerce merchants in the world. You will be working with Product Owners and Commercial teams to build and maintain best-in-class products, capabilities and services to support our global Enterprise customers. Our vision is to provide the most relevant, reliable and straightforward global payments experience, helping merchants access more consumers and accelerate their growth. You will be central to this vision.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Ensuring our integration into card Networks are kept up-to-date and compliant.
  • Maintain the relationship with card Networks.
  • Identifying areas of commercial value and defining product propositions built on solid business cases.
  • Developing a product roadmap and translating changes into change requests.
  • Work with go-to-market and Sales Enablement teams to deliver go-to-market strategy with clear customer segmentation, targeting and positioning.
  • Supporting proposition queries by engaging with the sales team and top tier customers.
  • Ensure Product knowledge is shared across commercial and operational teams.

Where you’ll own it

Although the role is EMEA centric, you will be working with International Networks and will be involved with products and teams in the US, Latam and APAC teams as well.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record of success in product management, product development, innovation, and/or other forms of revenue growth acceleration strategy and execution.
  • A strong understanding of POS and online merchant acquiring capabilities, technologies, and processing.
  • Knowledge of global card Networks.
  • Experience in delivering value propositions for large cross-border enterprise merchants that operate in the omnichannel payments space.
  • Experience managing product development with an agile methodology, e.g. SAFe, with competence utilizing project management software (e.g. Rally) to write concise user stories to communicate with the Engineering and QA teams and to ensure feasibility.
  • Strong analytical skills to support decision-making process both through financial modelling and other data-driven analyses.
  • Industry experience in Payments or Technology.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, working with functional areas across an organisation including sales, operations, delivery and technology teams.
  • Team player skills, comfortable collaborating within own team and leading cross-functionally.
  • Strong will to win, highly motivated with a desire to drive results.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • At least five years of experience in a relevant role, preferably working for a large corporation or management consulting firm.
