What You’ll Own

  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of digital service providers including billing platforms, orchestration layers, payment gateways, consultants and other related providers.
  • You will own the overall relationship with each partner and ensure that the strategies of Worldpay and the partner are aligned to drive mutual growth.
  • You will also be responsible for helping to identify and cultivate relationships with new partners where needed to meet business objectives.
  • Own day-to-day relationship with key digital service providers.
  • Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to share Worldpay performance, product roadmap, and other relevant information/updates with each financial service provider.
  • Lead negotiations on contracts when up for renewal and/or adding new products, services, geographies, etc.
  • Work with internal teams (e.g., product, risk, treasury, etc.) to respond to any RFIs received from each digital services partner.
  • Identify, evaluate, and build relationship with potential new digital services partners.
  • Monitor volume, fees, and performance across your portfolio of financial service providers.

What you bring

  • 8+ years of experience leading key partnerships strongly preferred.
  • A can-do attitude and excitement for driving business within a leading payments company.
  • Ability to influence and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders across a variety of functions and geographies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to seamlessly move from thinking about high-level strategy to being “in the weeds” on critical items.
  • A passion and interest in financial services.
  • Great organizational skills, with the ability to segment and compartmentalize information, documents, and relationships across a number of different partners.
