What You’ll Own
- Work across core business systems and processes, helping ensure they run effectively day-to-day
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and contribute to sustainable improvements
- Build a strong understanding of how data, systems, and processes connect across the business
- Analyze data and stakeholder input to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Translate analysis into clear, practical recommendations that inform decisions
- Support the development of business cases and performance insights
- Support delivery of transformation initiatives and BAU improvements
- Gather and document requirements, track actions, and help drive execution
- Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities with clear business value
- Work with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and momentum
- Support change activities, including communication and adoption
What You’ll Bring
- 2-4 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or operational roles
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery
- Ability to break down complex problems and structure clear solutions
- Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting to a range of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (e.g. Visio)
- Familiarity with process improvement approaches (e.g. Lean principles)
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
