We’re looking for a driven Senior Bank Partner Manager who will shape the future of payments. You will be the lead to continue to establish and grow the market‑leading Bank and Merchant Services distribution model in the UK market with Santander.
Responsibilities
- Continue to establish and grow the market‑leading Bank and Merchant Services distribution model in the UK market with Santander.
- End‑to‑end owner of the Santander Payments P&L and relationship for Worldpay – building and delivering a landmark relationship for the two organisations – driving material value creation for both partners.
- Set the strategy for growth to exceed the commercial plan – manage and execute the strategies by channel, vertical and geography in an aligned operating model with Santander.
- Leverage Santander and Worldpay data to improve the distribution and ECM performance of the business.
- Establish robust test and learn disciplines to drive performance.
- Establish trusted relationships with Santander executives and build confidence in the partnership with Worldpay – ensure our commitments are delivered without exception, always seek opportunities to deliver incremental value for our customers and the partnership.
- Leverage the skills, capabilities, assets and resources of Worldpay to deliver a market‑leading partnership.
- Seek opportunities to cross‑sell WP products into Santander, and Santander products to WP customers.
- Be rigorous and objective in the performance management of the Santander Payments business.
- Establish, run and improve effective governance with leadership between partners.
