What you’ll own as the Inside Sales Retention Manager
- Responsible for leading a team of approximately 15 advisors.
- Achieve commercial sales targets and associated KPIs while driving a high‑performing Customer Loyalty team.
- Accountable for driving our culture within the direct team and the wider department.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness to drive Net Income and adhere to pricing guidelines.
- Inspire and motivate the team while offering a range of card payment solutions and commercial offerings that retain and grow customers in a changing market.
