Global Payments is continuing to scale its digital sales and onboarding journeys across the UK & ROI. We’re looking for a Digital Channel Manager to help embed digital journeys into our existing sales channels and make it easier for merchants to get live on Worldpay eCommerce. This role sits within the Digital End‑to‑End UX team and works hands‑on with field sales, telesales, and other commercial teams to integrate digital tools and workflows into their day‑to‑day sales activity.
What You’ll Do
- Work with field sales, telesales, and other sales teams to embed digital onboarding journeys into their sales processes.
- Enable sellers to use digital tools confidently to support merchants through assisted‑digital journeys.
- Translate digital journeys into clear, practical ways of working for different sales channels.
- Identify and remove barriers preventing adoption of digital onboarding across the sales organisation.
- Partner closely with Digital E2E UX, Activations, Optimisation, and Sales Enablement teams.
- Support roll‑out of new digital journeys, tools, and enhancements.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of digital journeys across channels.
- Act as a bridge between digital teams and commercial sales leadership.
- Support continuous improvement of digital journeys based on usage and feedback.
