What you’ll own

  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of financial service providers including sponsor banks, settlement banks, PSPs, and other related providers.
  • You will own the overall relationship with each provider and ensure that the strategies of Global Payments and the provider are aligned to drive mutual growth.
  • You will also be responsible for helping to identify and cultivate relationships with new providers where needed to meet business objectives.
  • Own day-to-day relationship with key financial service providers (e.g., settlement banks, sponsor banks, PSPs, etc.).
  • Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to share Global Payments performance, product roadmap, and other relevant information/updates with each financial service provider.
  • Lead negotiations on contracts when up for renewal and/or adding new products, services, geographies, etc.
  • Work with internal teams (e.g., product, risk, treasury, etc.) to respond to any RFIs received from each financial services provider.
  • Identify, evaluate, and build relationship with potential new financial services providers.
  • Monitor volume, fees, and performance across your portfolio of financial service providers.

What you’ll bring

  • Great organizational skills, with the ability to segment and compartmentalize information, documents, and relationships across a number of different partners.
  • 8+ years of experience leading key financial partnerships strongly preferred.
