We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our ever-evolving Technology Operations FP&A team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team: This team is aligned to our Corporate Solutions and Enterprise Architecture teams. They control the finances of strategic Technology areas, ensuring our global leaders are supported when investing in the future of our organization.

What you’ll own as the Finance Analyst:

  • Month End, Forecast and Budget cycles for the supported area(s)
  • Financial modelling for new and renewal business cases across the CS and EA teams
  • Financial operating model for the team and relevant Oracle and Workday approvals
  • Relationships with leaders across the group, ensuring adequate levels of support
  • Linking mechanism between the Business, HR, Accounting, Tax, Procurement and other departments

What you’ll bring:

  • Knowledge of FP&A and Accounting processes in an international matrix organisation
  • Strong communication skills and able to effectively partner with non-finance teams
  • Professional curiosity; desire to work out the “why” and drive to improve performance
  • Ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure critical deadlines are met
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (including Excel)

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Oracle EPBCS and Workday experience
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Experience working with global stakeholders in UK, Asia and North America
