As a future Globalpayer, you will help accelerate growth and play a key role in shaping the future of commerce.

What you’ll own:

  • You will play a key role in bringing Global Payments solutions to life for new and existing clients.
  • Drive successful deal outcomes by translating client requirements into tailored, high-impact payment solutions.
  • Lead discovery and solution design, shaping how new business opportunities are positioned and won.
  • Create compelling client experiences through demos, presentations and technical storytelling that influence decision-making.
  • Own solution scoping from initial discovery through to handover, ensuring clarity, accuracy and strong delivery foundations.
  • Build deep product expertise across Global Payments solutions to confidently position value and differentiation.
  • Influence internal teams by bringing client insight into product, delivery and commercialization strategies.
  • Strengthen collaboration across sales, product and implementation teams to accelerate growth and maximize impact.
  • Identify market trends and emerging technologies to enhance solutions and unlock new commercial opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in solutions consulting or presales, with a strong track record of influencing commercial outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of technical integrations, APIs and payment solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities, with a commercial mindset.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external networks across teams, partners and clients.
  • Curiosity and drive to stay ahead of industry trends in payments and financial technology.

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Experience working in payments, fintech or a related technical environment.
  • Knowledge of change management or supporting product commercialization initiatives.
  • Experience working across international or cross-cultural teams.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is preferred.
