We’re looking for a Senior Transformation Manager to join our ever evolving Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team and help shape the future of global commerce.

  • What you’ll own
  • Lead high-priority Enterprise initiatives from definition through delivery, bringing structure, pace and accountability to complex strategic and transformation priorities.
  • Undertake financial, strategic, operational and market analysis to inform key decisions, investment priorities and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with senior leaders across commercial, product, operations, finance, technology and go-to-market teams to secure alignment, resources and ownership.
  • Identify and resolve risks, dependencies and delivery barriers, translating complex challenges into practical solutions and clear executive recommendations.
  • Track initiative performance and develop Board and leadership-level communications, business cases and progress updates that drive informed decision-making.
