What you’ll own:

  • The Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team sits at the center of the business, partnering with senior stakeholders to define priorities, solve cross-functional challenges and drive execution.
  • We focus on identifying opportunities to improve performance, streamline processes, and enhance customer outcomes—bridging the gap between strategy and delivery.
  • Work across core business systems and processes, helping ensure they run effectively day-to-day.
  • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and contribute to sustainable improvements.
  • Build a strong understanding of how data, systems, and processes connect across the business.
  • Analyze data and stakeholder input to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate analysis into clear, practical recommendations that inform decisions.
  • Support the development of business cases and performance insights.
  • Support delivery of transformation initiatives and BAU improvements.
  • Gather and document requirements, track actions, and help drive execution.
  • Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities with clear business value.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and momentum.
  • Support change activities, including communication and adoption.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or operational roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery.
  • Ability to break down complex problems and structure clear solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting to a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (e.g. Visio).
  • Familiarity with process improvement approaches (e.g. Lean principles).
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
