What you’ll own:
- Your objective is to ensure that each project is as successful and satisfying for the customer as possible, and revenue is generated as quickly as possible.
- You are the central go-to resource for all internal colleagues and external customers, participating in customer meetings with the commercial team and communicating with key internal stakeholders.
- You will manage several customer projects at any time, delivering activity right first time, every time.
- You will translate a scope of work into a project plan containing milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical path, and RACI for activities to be carried out to successfully achieve the agreed objective.
- You will also support the continuous improvement of the onboarding process by acting as voice of the customer.
What you’ll bring:
- Fluent French speaker is essential.
- You will accurately manage projects using clear and well maintained project plans from inception through to live, managing all internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless start to the customers’ Worldpay relationship.
- Hold weekly project management calls with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Work in partnership with the customer Project Manager, agreeing joint actions, tasks and timelines.
- Provide regular updates to the commercial team and leaders on project status, flagging risks and escalations.
- Conduct retrospective assessments of your projects at their conclusion.
- Contribute to our central risk register & lessons learned log.
- French and English language.
