Are you ready to write your next chapter? We’re looking for a Partner Acquisition & Growth Marketing Manager. A results-driven marketing role accountable for driving digital partner acquisition, inbound demand, and pipeline growth. This role owns the strategy and execution of high-performing growth programs, identifies and capitalises on new lead opportunities, and delivers measurable impact against acquisition and revenue targets. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of ownership, using data-led insight to build belief with Sales and Partner teams and accelerate growth through strategic software platform partnerships.

About the role: We’re looking for a senior, self-starting Partner Acquisition & Growth Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of digital-led partner acquisition and pipeline growth for our Integrated & Platforms Payments business in the UK. This is not a support role. You will define where growth comes from, build the engine to capture it, and optimise relentlessly. You’ll be accountable for identifying high-potential SaaS and software platform partners, generating demand through digital and inbound channels, nurturing opportunities through the funnel, and helping convert interest into revenue. Just as importantly, you’ll create confidence and belief with Sales and Partner teams — showing, through performance and insight, how marketing is actively helping them hit their number.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own partner acquisition and growth marketing strategy, with clear accountability for lead, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
  • Identify, acquire, and nurture high-quality SaaS and software platform partner prospects aligned to the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP).
  • Design and execute digital-first, inbound-led demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, social, content, events, webinars, and advocacy channels.
  • Proactively identify new growth opportunities, channels, and campaigns to drive scalable partner acquisition.
  • Build and optimise lead nurture programs that move prospects through the full funnel from awareness to onboarding.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new partners, including launch campaigns and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Align marketing programs closely with Sales and Partner teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline velocity.
  • Track, analyse, and report on performance against targets, using data and insights to continuously optimise results.
  • Act as a trusted growth partner to internal stakeholders, building confidence in marketing’s role in achieving commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with global marketing, product, and partner teams to leverage best practices, content, and campaigns.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or partner marketing within SaaS, fintech, payments, or technology.
  • Proven track record of leading inbound and digital acquisition programs with measurable results.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience working to clear growth and revenue targets.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning strategy through execution.
  • Data-driven approach with experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to create alignment and belief across Sales and Partner teams.

What you’ll own:

  • You will own partner acquisition growth from strategy through to execution and optimisation.
  • Define and execute the partner acquisition growth strategy, aligned to revenue targets and priority verticals.
  • Identify and acquire top-of-funnel SaaS and platform partners aligned to our Ideal Partner Profile (IPP).
  • Build and run high-performing digital and inbound acquisition programs, including paid media, organic search, content, social, advocacy, webinars, events, and partner-led campaigns.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities, channels, and growth levers — not waiting to be asked.
  • Design and optimise lead nurture programs that move SaaS prospects from awareness through to sales-ready opportunity.
  • Own funnel performance end-to-end: lead quality, conversion rates, velocity, and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Work closely with Inside Sales and Sales to ensure marketing-generated leads are relevant, timely, and commercially valuable.
  • Build and deliver go-to-market plans for new partners, including launch messaging, campaigns, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Align positioning and messaging to partner value propositions, industry verticals, and commercial objectives.
  • Support onboarding, activation, and early-stage growth for new partners.
  • Set clear KPIs and targets for acquisition, pipeline, and partner contribution.
  • Track, analyse, and report on performance — turning data into clear actions and recommendations.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns, channels, and spend to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Act as a true growth partner to Sales and Partner teams, building trust through results, insight, and clear communication.
  • Equip teams with the materials, messaging, and confidence they need to engage prospects and partners effectively.
  • Create belief internally that marketing is a reliable engine for growth, not just activity.

What success looks like in this role:

  • A consistent flow of high-quality partner leads entering the funnel.
  • Strong conversion from MQL to SAL and pipeline.
  • Sales teams actively engaging with marketing-sourced opportunities.
  • Clear visibility of marketing’s contribution to revenue growth.
  • New partners launched with momentum and measurable impact.

What you'll Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or partner marketing, ideally within SaaS, fintech, payments, or enterprise tech.
  • Demonstrated success owning and delivering inbound and digital acquisition programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience building and optimising lead generation and nurture campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, funnel management, and commercialisation.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Mindset & behaviours:

  • Highly self-directed — you spot opportunities and act on them.
  • Target-driven and commercially minded — you care deeply about outcomes, not just activity.
  • Data-led and analytical — confident using performance insights to make decisions.
  • Confident communicator who can build credibility with Sales, Partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
