Are you ready to write your next chapter? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Go-To-Market Manager (FTC). As the go-to-market team, we package Worldpay for Business products and propositions to be commercially ready. Our mission is to engage with teams across the business to execute the launch of these products and solutions, driving cross-functional collaboration, to facilitate Worldpay’s and our merchants' financial and operational success.

What you’ll own as the Go-To-Market Manager:

  • Drive the execution of key strategic initiatives and the achievement of related business objectives.
  • Own the GTM strategy, planning and execution for the U.S., by partnering with senior level leaders from various departments.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM objectives for high priority product launches; ensure alignment with organization business objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross organizational teams including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Solutions Consulting to ensure successful execution of GTM plans.
  • Oversee all aspects of GTM program execution including resource dependencies and timeline management. Identify and mitigate risks to key milestones.
  • Create value-proposition messaging and content; create plans for distribution and packaging, working with design team to perfect.
  • Enhance and maintain a GTM playbook that outlines best practices, processes, and templates for successful program execution. Update and improve the playbook with lessons learned which are shared across the organization.
  • Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch initiatives and activities.
  • Act as central contact for programs ensuring clear and consistent communication across the organization. Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and leadership, leading business cadence of annual/quarterly/weekly planning and course correction sessions.
